Information used to deliver the website
When you request a page, the server and our Cloudflare delivery and security service receive network information such as your IP address, request path and browser headers. This supports page delivery, abuse prevention and diagnostics. The application temporarily uses network addresses for administrative login rate limits and duplicate-interaction protection. This is distinct from the slot history stored in your browser.
Browser preferences and local slot history
Your language choice, analytics opt-out and recent demo-opening history are stored in this browser. The recent history records attempts to open a demo, not confirmed completed play. It is not a gambling account and does not hold a monetary balance. Clearing site storage removes these preferences and history.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 currently starts automatically unless this browser has opted out or sends a supported Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. It can use first-party identifiers to distinguish visits and sessions. These identifiers are pseudonymous; we do not describe the collection as completely anonymous.
Measurement includes public page paths, referring domains, broad device and geographic information, scrolling, article and slot selections, demo-opening clicks and bonus-link clicks. Site-search events record that search was used, not the search text. Our event code strips query strings and fragments from page locations and reduces referrers to their origin. It does not deliberately collect form contents, passwords or payment details. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our tag.

Embedded demos and outbound links
A supplier demo is requested when you select Play Free Demo. The supplier can then receive your network address, device information and interactions within its software, and may use its own storage. Lupita cannot inspect or control all processing inside a cross-origin demo. A bonus or other outbound link takes you to a separate service whose terms and privacy policy apply.
Messages, administration and retention
If you email us, the message and contact details are used to answer and handle the issue. Administrative sessions and audit records support access control and content maintenance. Browser history and preference entries remain until cleared or replaced. Analytics cookie lifetimes are described on our Cookie Policy page; Analytics account retention settings and service-side retention are not the same as cookie expiry. We do not publish an unverified fixed retention period for every third-party service.
Your choices and requests
You can disable analytics, clear cookies and local storage, avoid opening supplier demos and contact us about access, correction, deletion or objections that apply to your data. Provide enough context to identify the request; do not send sensitive documents unless a secure, proportionate verification method has been agreed. Rights and lawful requirements depend on the applicable law. UK privacy concerns can also be raised with the Information Commissioner's Office.

We update this page when material website processing changes. Its review date appears below. Do not infer that a privacy notice alone grants permission for every analytics or supplier-cookie use.
