Derby Rush uses horse symbols as money values and feature Wilds as collectors. Every fourth qualifying Wild can extend the bonus and change its multiplier. Horse colours identify value bands; they are not live racing odds or a choice that racing knowledge can predict.

Horse colours and their value bands

The supplier assigns different money-value ranges to blue, purple and red horse symbols. These are slot-symbol rules, not live odds on competing runners. There is no evidence in the product description that a knowledge of horse form, tracks or trainers influences the random reel result. The racing metaphor should not become a claim about predictive skill.

Wild collection and the fourth-Wild retrigger

The official description says feature Wilds collect visible horse values. Every fourth qualifying Wild retriggers with additional spins and a rising multiplier. A useful explanation needs to distinguish the horse’s displayed value, the collection event and the multiplier applied to the resulting total. They are separate accounting steps rather than three unrelated prizes.

Natural entry versus Super, Mega and Ultra modes

The page distinguishes Super, Mega and Ultra bonus purchases with different multiplier limits. Do not compare a purchased enhanced feature with a natural bonus without naming that entry route. The displayed purchase price is also part of the explanation; optional direct entry is not a reward earned simply by selecting the more dramatic mode.

A three-field note for one collection

Write down the displayed horse values, the qualifying collector and the multiplier that applies to that collection. Then read the credited amount. If the Wild counter completes a retrigger, record the extra spins separately. Do not treat the counter animation as a second payment or compare different bought modes without their entry costs.

How to interpret the published RTP

The supplier lists 97.20% RTP. That attributed figure does not mean a short demo must return approximately that share of starting credits. Without the exact configuration and sufficient statistical context, a small observed sample cannot settle whether the model is performing as advertised. Keep theoretical specification and session observation in separate notes.

Read the collector counter, not racing form

Trace the collector and retrigger counter rather than choosing a favourite colour and looking for a winning pattern. Check whether multiplier changes are clear when the feature extends. We have not completed a configuration-specific play test or proved current popularity. This is a source-led look at a 2026 release whose theme is distinctive; a free session can teach its interface, but cannot establish a successful horse-picking system or an income stream from slot spins.
